Child Safety Standards
IYAGI, operated by (to be announced) (the "Operator"), is a one-to-one chat service for adults only (19 or older; for residents outside Korea, the age of majority in their country, at least 18). The Operator does not tolerate child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form and prevents, reports and acts on it under the standards below.
1. Prohibited conduct
- Creating, posting, sharing, requesting or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or implying that such material is available
- Sexual conversation with, or approaching or grooming a minor for sexual purposes, or sexualizing minors
- Use of the Service by minors, or acting on behalf of or posing as a minor
- Arranging or encouraging the sexual exploitation of children, and any other sexual exploitation or abuse of a child
When such conduct is confirmed, the account is permanently banned (force-deleted) without warning and re-registration by the same phone number is blocked. Related material is removed from the Service immediately, preserved as needed for reporting, and reported to law enforcement and the relevant authorities.
2. Keeping minors out
- Sign-up requires SMS phone verification and a birth year; sign-up is refused if the person is not an adult by calendar year.
- If a user is reported as a suspected minor, a moderator reviews the conversation and profile and suspends the account. The same applies when a user states that they are a minor.
- There is no photo, video or location sharing, and contact details and banned words in first messages and intros are blocked automatically.
3. How to report
- In the app: open [ Menu ] → Report in a conversation, or [ Report ] on the other person's intro screen, choose a reason (spam, scam, harassment, other) and describe it. You can [ Block ] right after reporting. Reported conversations are kept until the report is resolved so moderators can review them.
- Outside the app: email (to be announced). You do not need to be a user of the app to report.
- If someone is in immediate danger, contact the police first (112 in Korea, or the emergency number in your country).
4. How reports are handled
- Moderators review reports without delay in the order received; child-safety reports are reviewed first.
- If a violation is confirmed, the account is suspended or force-deleted and re-registration by phone number is restricted (up to 1 year; permanently for child-safety violations), and the conversation is closed to protect the other user.
- CSAM is removed from the Service as soon as it is found, preserved only as needed for reporting, and reported to law enforcement (in Korea, the Korean National Police Agency) and the relevant authorities. Where users in other countries are involved, we follow that country's laws and bodies (for example NCMEC in the United States).
- Information about reporters and victims is used only to handle the report and is not disclosed to the reported user.
5. Compliance
The Operator complies with Korean law, including the Act on the Protection of Children and Youth against Sex Offenses, the Youth Protection Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and the duty under the Telecommunications Business Act to prevent the distribution of illegal filmed material, as well as the child-protection laws of the countries where the Service is offered and Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy. We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.
6. Point of contact
Child safety point of contact: the Operator ((to be announced)). Contact: (to be announced). This is the same contact registered as the child safety point of contact in the Google Play Console. Questions about these standards go to the same address.
Effective 2026-10-08. These standards apply together with Articles 8 and 9 of the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
